Return Policy

At Color Festivals, we want every purchase to be a positive experience with the perfect product. However, we understand that issues may arise, which is why we offer an exchange or return facility for items with manufacturing faults or incorrect deliveries.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide an unboxing video. Returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties won't be applicable under the following conditions:

• Physical damage or burnt items
• Digital products and software
• Clearance sale items
• Damaged or torn seals
• Undergarment items
• Accessories, chargers, or adapters
• Unpaid gift items
• Items with scratches or not in resalable condition
• Missing accessories, papers, or components
• Incompatibility with third-party apps or devices

If an issue arises, please notify us within 24 hours via email at contact@colorfestivals.com.bd.

When returning a product, ensure all original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, and gift items are included without applying sticky tape. You can return the item to our office or send it via courier to our office address, bearing the courier charges.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess its condition. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours if applicable.

For faulty products, we will cover courier charges within Dhaka (Tk 80) and outside Dhaka (Tk 150). Additional charges will be borne by the customer. If the product is deemed satisfactory but the customer still wishes to return it, all payment processing fees and delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Any discounts, cashbacks, or gifts received with the purchase must be returned for a refund.
